The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started accepting project reports, dissertations, and internship files for the June 2025 Term-End Examination (TEE).
Students with project components in their programs must submit their final reports online through the official IGNOU project submission portal.

IGNOU Project 2025: Key Components
Students from different programs must submit their:
- Final Project Report

IGNOU has made the entire project submission process online to make it easier and safer for students across India.
Here are the latest instructions from the official notice for June 2025 TEE:
1. Prepare Your Project as per Guidelines
- Use the approved project proposal and follow the IGNOU Project Guidelines provided with your study materials.
- Ensure your report includes all required sections such as the proposal form, bio-data, guide’s certificate, and originality certificate.
- All these must be signed by both the student and the project guide, then scanned clearly for uploading.
2. File Format and Scanning Rules
- The final report must be uploaded as a single PDF file (one file per subject or course).
- Scans should be clear, well-lit, and properly aligned — avoid blurred or tilted pages.
- All pages must have the same orientation (portrait or landscape).
- Incomplete or unclear files will be removed from the portal after the deadline.
3. Approval of Project Guide
Before submission:
- Get approval from your Project Guide/Supervisor using the official proforma.

4. Important Points to Remember
- Incomplete submissions will not be evaluated.
- Reports sent via email will not be accepted.
- If your project doesn’t follow the official format, it will be rejected without notification.
- Always include a copy of your project evaluation fee receipt (paid with your TEE form).
IGNOU Project Cover Page Format 2025
The first page (cover page) of your uploaded PDF must include the following details:
- Title of the Project / Dissertation / Internship / Practicum
- Name of the Student
- Programme Code
- Enrolment Number (as on your ID card)
- Regional Centre Code
- Course Code(s) attached with the project
- Mobile Number & Email ID

IGNOU Project Submission Fee 2025
IGNOU charges a small fee for project evaluation, which must be paid along with your Term-End Exam (TEE) form.

How to Submit IGNOU Project Online (June 2025)
Follow these easy steps to submit your project or dissertation online:
- Visit the official portal: https://onlineproject.ignou.ac.in/
- Read the project submission guidelines carefully.
- Click “Yes” when asked “Do you want to continue?”.
- Choose ‘Upload Project’ from the menu.
- Enter your details: enrollment number, program code, and security code.
- Click Submit to access the upload page.
- Upload your project PDF and fee receipt.
- Verify all information before final submission.
Once submitted, your file will be sent to your Regional Centre for review and viva scheduling.
IGNOU Project Status 2025
You can check your project submission status online about 20–25 days after the last date (i.e., mid-June 2025).
