IGNOU Scholarship 2025: Check Eligibility, Form, Amount, Process

IGNOU Scholarship 2025 – Students from reserved categories, such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Weaver Communities, Transgender individuals, Jail Inmates, and those with physical disabilities, can get exemptions or have their fees reimbursed according to IGNOU University rules.

Students who are accepted into IGNOU Courses and fit the categories mentioned can get a scholarship from the Government of India. They should get a Scholarship Form from the Directorate of Social Welfare or their State’s Social Welfare Office, fill it out, and then send the completed form to the Regional Director at the Regional Centre where they are enrolled. The Regional Director will then certify the form.

Please note that the IGNOU Scholarship form is not available to download online. Candidates should collect the form from the offline sources we mentioned earlier.

The National Centre for Promotion of Employment of Disabled People (NCPEDP) offers a scholarship for postgraduate programs, but it’s only for students at this university. These students should apply directly to the NCPEDP.
