IGNOU Exam Form December 2025: Registration, Fees, Last Date & Status
IGNOU has started accepting the online exam forms for the Term-End Examination (TEE) December 2025. This is for students of both ODL (distance learning) and Online programmes. If you want to write the December TEE, filling the exam form is compulsory, no matter which course you are in.
Important Dates for IGNOU Exam Form December 2025
- Without Late Fee: You can submit your form till 26 October 2025.
- With Late Fee: Forms will be accepted from 27–31 October 2025 with an extra fee of ₹1100.

Important Things to Check Before Filling the IGNOU Exam Form
Before you start filling your exam form, make sure you have completed the following:
- Your registration for the course is active and not expired.
- You have submitted your assignments for each course you are applying for.
- You have completed the minimum study period required for that subject.
- You have created your Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID — IGNOU has made this mandatory.
- Choose your exam centre carefully. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If the centre is full, IGNOU may shift you to another centre under the same Regional Centre.
- Check that the course codes you select are correct and belong to your programme.

Follow these steps to submit your exam form easily:
- Go to the official exam portal: exam.ignou.ac.in
- Click on “Online Submission of Examination Form for TEE December 2025.”
- Read all the instructions and click “Proceed to Fill Online Examination Form.”
- Enter your 9-digit Enrollment Number, Programme Code, and select your Regional Centre and Exam Centre Code.
- Choose the courses you want to appear for in December TEE.
- Confirm that your assignments are submitted and your registration is valid.
- Enter your ABC ID (important for showing marks in ABC/DigiLocker).
- Pay the fee online using:

You can pay the fee using any bank card or net banking. The payment goes through HDFC or IDBI gateways, but you can use any Indian bank.

Most students cannot apply offline. But offline submission is allowed for:

IGNOU Exam Form Refund Rules
- Exam fees are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted.
- If a payment is deducted twice or a transaction fails, you can request a refund only after the hall ticket is released.
- Refunds are issued after verification by the payment gateway.
